I have to becareful when i'm wearing my underwear alr. Soap hit the wound, i tend to jerk & give a stupid face expression.
& this is my elbow sides. Abrasion mainly.
it's HUGE ass! it's like the size of my straighten(if possible) middle finger to the end of my palm. Once touched, the pain is OMG.
It's even hard for me to wear a tee! =( i can't change to my pj tonight.
i know i've no muscles, JUST yet ;D Soon, after i do my daily 'toning' in the GYM =D

Decided to edit a lil of my previous post last para bcs i find it's no use reading it back and feeling the grief & guilt.
but today was really worth it =) I ate junk food like FINALLY!
Okay, unhealthy - feel like puking any sooner. still cant get the use of junk food.
can't wait for alot of things to happen end of this year & end of next year!

i just can't get the grip right.
& i still feel guilty.
